Summary: I was lucky that Dr. Eric Mou's return to Iowa coincided with this project beginning as he had just returned from his postdoctoral medical fellowship at Stanford University. In this interview, Dr Mou talks about growing up in Iowa, creating the massively popular fashion show on campus "Walk it Out," and the differences he noticed between his experiences in California and Iowa.
