Kayla Nguyen

Summary: Kayla Nguyen is the current coordinator of the Asian Pacific American Cultural Center (2021-2022), but before that they were an active undergraduate in Asian American student life at the University of Iowa. In this interview, they recall controversies surrounding the Vietnamese flag, joining Asian Greek life, and planning a vigil for the Asian women that were murdered in Atlanta.
